I accept a limited number of modifications of child custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal support.

I would be glad to talk to you about your needs. Before we go further, please note the following:

• For modifications, I do not accept cases involving clients who are currently represented by counsel. Even if the lawyers agree not to participate in mediation, I would still not accept the case.

• The minimum service time for any modification case that I accept is six hours, so the minimum fee is $1,426. For those modifications that require only the minimum time and cost, it amounts to two sessions of two hours each, one hour to draft an agreement, and one hour to review it with the clients.

Modification of Completed Dissolutions

Using my training as a Family Law Financial Analyst, I can review discovery documents and prepare a report with my analysis and suggestions. I cannot provide legal advice or financial advice. Acting in my role as a neutral facilitator, I can evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different dispositions of assets and different support scenarios that you may be considering.

The cost of this service varies widely, depending on the extent of your assets and the level of detail you are seeking. The minimum fee for any services I provide is my hourly rate for six hours of service ($1,476 total as of February 25, 2026).

Divorce Financial Analysis

I am a teen-inclusive mediator, so I am well-suited to mediate parent-teen disputes. I have a relaxed environment to meet parents and teenagers, and I encourage a casual yet cordial interaction.

Although I do not charge for my individual work with teens whose parents are seeing me (or have seen me) for divorce mediation, I do charge a reasonable fee for my parent-teen mediation work. My fee for parent-teen mediation is 50% of my standard fee for mediation. As of February 25, 2026, the fee for parent-teen mediation is $185 for a 90-minute session.

I accept only one parent-teen mediation at any given time, and priority is given to my divorce mediation clients.
