My fees are based on Standard Fee of $246 per hour. Mediation sessions are two hours. Additional mediation time and/or other services are billed at $246 per hour, in increments of 0.25 hour. Some aspects of the Marital Settlement Agreement, Parenting Plan, and child support worksheets are billed as a flat fee or a fixed number of hours.

There are three fee structures, differentiated primarily based on whether you have: minor children; adult children 18-20 years of age and attending school; or no children under the age of 21.
